This autumn, La Table Hanoia is delighted to collaborate with Escoffier Vietnam to present “Table des Sept”, an Escoffier Gala Dinner that brings together seven distinguished culinary personalities for a special evening, marking their first gathering in Hanoi. Inspired by the spirit of Auguste Escoffier, the event brings together distinctive techniques, signatures and perspectives that are shaping contemporary cuisine in Vietnam.

Curated by seven prominent culinary figures, “Table des Sept” unfolds as a seven chapter symphony, with each chapter expressing its own culinary language. Guided by the technique, experience and individuality of each chef, the creations form a continuously evolving journey throughout the evening.

For the first time at La Table Hanoia, seven culinary personalities will bring their individual signatures to the same table, creating a distinctive experience that will take place on one night only, 03.10.2026.
