Rental charges include:

* Operation Assisted Phone Answering Service
* Receiving Mails, Letters
* Incoming Local and International Fax Messages
* Forwarding Fax Messages
* Complimentary Courier Service within 20kms radius of Hanoi (minimum 2 hours notice required)
* Access to the meeting room on the second floor for 3 hours free of charge every week ( No accummulation from week to week), any additional hour will be charge $40.00 per hour.
* The rental includes all utility charges and any applicable government taxes.
