Salmon is more than a fish, it’s a phenomenon. One of the most nutritious foods in the world, wild salmon migrate thousands of miles, from fresh water to the ocean and back again. From January to March, you can explore ten salmon dishes as delicious as they are nutritious at the Press Club! Traditionalists will enjoy Marinated Cured Salmon or Steamed Oriental Salmon with Toasted Sesame Seeds. But if you stick to the known, you’d better bring an adventurous friend, so you can sneak a taste of our Grilled Salmon Steak with Mediterranean Vegetable Tart, Steamed Salmon Fillet with Passion Fruit Sauce, or Vietnamese 5-Spice Salmon Curry with Vegetables.
